FullPower

FullPower is an original strength-training class, developed by Anna Schantz and available only at Zensation Fitness.

Using dumbells, barbells, fitness balls and bodyweight, this dynamic class provides  intensive toning and shaping for all of the major muscle groups.  Set to upbeat music, FullPower brings you movement and tempo variety, strengthening and stabilizing for large and small muscle groups, range of motion and mobility exercises, and a few cardio intervals to pump your heart and lungs as well as build your bones and muscles.

FullPower is performed barefoot or in a light shoe, such as a dance slipper or light trainer shoe.  Please bring a pair of 5lb dumbells (or lighter, if you wish) to begin with.

This class is suitable for anyone in good health without disc or joint injury.  Any concerns should be directed to your health care professionals.
